Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

Items may be exchanged if requested within a specific period from the date of delivery, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Items must be in their original condition with all packaging, accessories, and tags intact. Some items, such as perishable goods, customized products, and final-sale items, are not eligible for exchange.

Condition Requirements

To qualify for an exchange, items must be unused, undamaged, and free from stains or odors. All original packaging and included components must be returned. Items that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted for exchange.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Log into your account and navigate to your order history.
  2. Select the item you wish to exchange and choose the desired replacement option.
  3. Provide the order number, product SKU, and reason for exchange.
  4. Attach photos if the exchange is due to damage or defect.

All exchange requests are reviewed and approved based on eligibility and condition requirements.

Inspection & Approval

Submitted items are inspected to verify eligibility. Approval is based on product condition, completeness, and compliance with policy criteria. Only approved items proceed to the replacement stage.

Replacement Options

  • Direct Replacement: Same item and specification will be provided if available.
  • Alternative Exchange: If the original item is unavailable, a comparable product, size, or color may be offered.
  • Unavailable Items: When a replacement is not possible, an alternative resolution will be applied in accordance with policy.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of approval.

Damaged or Defective Items

Items that arrive damaged or defective should be reported immediately with supporting photos. Approved claims will be processed with a replacement or alternative resolution.

Multiple-Item Orders

Each item in a multi-item order is handled individually. Items must meet eligibility requirements independently. Mixed-eligibility items will be processed according to the status of each item.

Exceptions

  • Customized or personalized items are non-exchangeable except if defective.
  • Final-sale or clearance items are generally not eligible for exchange.
  • Promotional or bundled items may affect exchange eligibility; terms will be applied as displayed at purchase.

Processing Time

Once approved, exchanges are processed promptly. Timing depends on product availability and internal workflows. Updates are available through your account order history.

Escalation

If you disagree with an exchange decision, you may request an escalation through the same order interface. Escalated cases receive independent review, and the final outcome will be communicated via your account.
