Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Information

Effective: [03-05-2022]

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment authorization and verification. Processing includes order validation, quality checks, packaging, and handoff to the carrier network. Processing time may vary depending on product availability, payment verification, and operational factors. An estimated fulfillment window is provided in your order confirmation and account order history.

Carrier Partners

We work with multiple logistics partners to deliver parcels worldwide. Carrier selection is based on destination, service availability, and package type. Once an order is handed to a carrier, their terms and procedures apply for the physical movement of the parcel.

Tracking & Status Updates

Tracking information is provided when your order is dispatched. You can view the current status and tracking events from your account order page. Updates reflect carrier scan events, including pick-up, in-transit milestones, out-for-delivery, and delivery confirmation.

Customs & Import Requirements

International deliveries may require customs clearance. Import regulations, taxes, duties, and other charges are determined by the destination country’s authorities. Customers are responsible for complying with local import requirements. We provide customs documentation as required to facilitate clearance.

Packaging & Handling

Items are packaged to protect them during transit. Fragile items receive additional protective packaging. If you receive a package with visible external damage, document the condition with photos before opening and follow the guidance in the returns section.

Delivery Attempts & Receipt

Carriers may attempt delivery according to their local practices. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier may leave a notice with instructions for re-delivery or collection. Deliveries left at the address, with a neighbor, or at a pickup point are considered delivered when recorded by the carrier. Inspect contents upon receipt and report any visible damage or missing items promptly through the site’s support tools.

Address Accuracy & Changes

Ensure shipping addresses are complete and accurate at checkout. Requests to change a shipping address after an order is placed will be evaluated and processed where operationally possible. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels

If a parcel is marked as delivered but not received, check with household members, neighbors, or designated delivery locations first. Then, submit a case through your order page. For parcels confirmed lost or damaged in transit, we review carrier tracking, inspection evidence, and insurance coverage to determine an appropriate resolution.

Restricted Destinations & Prohibited Items

Certain products cannot be shipped to specific regions due to legal, safety, or carrier restrictions. If an item is restricted, the order may be canceled or modified. Customers must ensure compliance with local laws and import requirements.

Signature & Identification

Some shipments may require a signature or identification upon delivery, depending on carrier policy, local regulations, or the type of goods. Alternative delivery may be restricted in these cases.

Returns to Sender

If a package is returned due to an undeliverable address, refusal, or failed customs clearance, the returned parcel will be handled according to site policies. Reshipment options or other resolutions will be provided through order management tools, subject to availability and policy rules.

Status Notifications

Email and account notifications are provided for major order milestones such as confirmation, dispatch, and delivery. Updates may vary by region and account settings. The most up-to-date status is available in your account order history.

Exceptions & Force Majeure

Deliveries may be affected by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or regulatory actions. In such cases, we work with carriers to resume service and communicate any material impacts via order status updates.
